Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2009 U.S. Women's Open Championship at Saucon Valley Country Club in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, July 6 - 12. Volunteers are an integral part of the success of this championship and your support is invaluable. Nearly 3,000 volunteers will register for this championship and our goal is to provide each of you with a rewarding and unforgettable experience. Volunteer Uniforms

Each volunteer will be asked to purchase their volunteer uniform which will be designed specifically for the 2009 U.S. Women's Open. Although the uniform design has not been determined yet, we anticipate the cost of the uniform package will range from $100 to $120 and will include two logoed golf shirts, a windshirt and your choice of a hat or a visor. Payment is not required at this time.

Credentials

Volunteers will receive a weekly credential which will provide you with access into the championship during the days that you are working as well as the days that you are not scheduled to volunteer. As with previous championships held at Saucon Valley, there will be a volunteer hospitality area for the exclusive use of Women's Open volunteers.

Committee Selection

The championship office will notify you of your selection as a volunteer after we receive and process your application. Committee assignments and uniform invoices will be sent to all volunteers at a later date.

Volunteer positions are granted on a first-come, first-served basis; therefore, we urge you to apply as soon as possible.
